MTK stands for Montauk, NY.  Otherwise known as “The End” because from LaGuardia it is about 2 1/2 hours to the tip of Long Island.  There are plenty of hotels and motels next to the beach but we decided to stay at the historic Montauk Manor and it was really enjoyable.
