I love the Cosmopolitan Hotel in Las Vegas.  Hard to believe that Marriott built and owns this glamour property on the Strip.  The other thing I like about this hotel is a restaurant called Jaleo.  It has an energetic main dining room that includes a cocktail and tapas bar.  It’s a great place to have a group dinner.
