We spent New Years Eve dining at Farmstead at Long Meadow Ranch in Napa Valley. I like a place where the chefs use ingredients from their own background. The restaurant is a former nursery barn and is centered around an open kitchen, family-style dining and a full bar with an authentic farm-to-table menu. Each day the chefs receive a fresh harvest from the 90-acres of land dedicated to the restaurant.
