If you are looking for the freshest seafood pick a restaurant as close as you can to the docks where the fisherman walk-off their boats.  In Montauk, that place is Salivar’s.  Stuffed Baked Clams, Kale/Beet Salad, Grilled Tuna and Banana Cream Pie.  Wow!
