Every time I visit Nashville, TN I set aside some time to get some breakfast at The Pancake Pantry near Vanderbilt University.  They have an amazing menu but since I usually only get to this city maybe once per year I end up ordering their famous Sweet Potato Pancakes.  Is it crazy to stand in line for up to an hour for breakfast  The Pancake Pantry
