Fish Tales by Stephen C. Lundin, John Christensen, and Harry Paul is easy to read and brings real life examples from the workplace and makes it fun.  Definitely a book to share with your team and gets you motivated to look outside the box.  Ughhhh.  I really don’t like to use that term.  Practical suggestions that anyone can apply to improve the quality of their work experience.
